Returns/Exchanges

Ashoka Watch Company Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Window

Customers are eligible for a return or exchange of their purchase within 48 hours of receiving the watch only if there’s any manufacturing defect in it rather they can exchange their product .

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The request for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the watch.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) must be provided.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@ashokawatchco.com or call +91 9403890061 to request a return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the watch.
  3. Shipping: Ship the watch back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at exchanges@ashokawatchco.com or call +91 9403890061 to request an exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization: You will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to return the original watch and select an alternative.
  3. Shipping: Return the original watch using a trackable shipping method. The cost of shipping for the exchange is the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the Ashoka Pay Wallet (which will be used in future for shopping) once the returned watch is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn or show signs of use.
  • Watches with broken seals or damaged packaging.
  • Customized or personalized watches.

  • A nominal one sided shipping charges [ 95/-] should be paid from the coustmer end or he/she can be courier it to our nearest branch .

Note :- Warranty is only for Ashoka Watches , there is no warrant in case of first copy products or other products

4. Registration and Claims

Customers are required to email or call us to arrange for doorstep service for warranty claims.

5. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • The seal of the watch is broken, opened, or repaired by an unauthorized service center.
  • Any component of the movement/mechanism is broken or replaced.
  • Damage to the watch or its parts is caused by external factors.
  • Presence of moisture inside the watch.
  • Any repairs or replacements are only handled by Ashoka Watch Company; we do not provide replacements or exchanges.

6. Exclusions

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical breakage, or misuse of the watch.
  • Repairs or adjustments carried out by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Ashoka Watch Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-4 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
