1. Coverage and Duration
Ashoka Watch Company provides a comprehensive warranty for its timepieces under the following conditions:
- Standard Warranty: A two-year warranty covering the movement/mechanism of the watch.
- Colour/Polish Warranty: A one-year warranty for the color and polish of the watch.
- Battery Warranty: A one-year warranty on the battery.
2. Extended Warranty
An additional one-year warranty can be purchased for ₹300. This extension applies to the movement/mechanism of the watch.

5. Warranty Conditions
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- The seal of the watch is broken, opened, or repaired by an unauthorized service center.
- Any component of the movement/mechanism is broken or replaced.
- Damage to the watch or its parts is caused by external factors.
- Presence of moisture inside the watch.
- Any repairs or replacements are only handled by Ashoka Watch Company; we do not provide replacements or exchanges.
6. Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical breakage, or misuse of the watch.
- Repairs or adjustments carried out by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.
